On July 14, 1789, French citizens stormed the Bastille, setting France on the path to modern nationhood. In France, they celebrate with parades and fireworks, but in Dallas, we limit ourselves to fine wine, fine food, and fine art. "Viva la France"!

In honor of his home country, Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon has developed a culinary fête with wine pairings by Wine and Beverage Director Michael Flynn. Also, be sure to stop by the Mansion Bar for a festive cocktail. Created in celebration of Bastille Day, the Marie Antoinette is a classic French 75 with chopped mint and a revolutionary red wine swirl on the neck.
