In honor of his home country, Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon has developed a culinary fĂȘte with wine pairings by Wine and Beverage Director Michael Flynn. Also, be sure to stop by the Mansion Bar for a festive cocktail. Created in celebration of Bastille Day, the Marie Antoinette is a classic French 75 with chopped mint and a revolutionary red wine swirl on the neck.
